2. SnapPix, Video Files, and Location Data
SnapPix is designed to process your media locally on your computer.
Your video files, GPS files, and related media content are processed on your device and are not uploaded to Cromatix as part of normal SnapPix processing.
SnapPix may use GPS, speed, elevation, telemetry, and similar information already contained in files you choose to open or import. Cromatix does not use SnapPix to track your live location or collect location information from your phone.
We do not use your locally processed video footage or GPS files to train artificial intelligence models.
If you voluntarily send a file, screenshot, diagnostic report, or other content to Cromatix for customer support or another specific purpose, we may process that information as necessary to respond to your request.
